CCTV Tower Deployment for Housing Bodies & Local Authorities
A housing body and local authority required a flexible security and monitoring solution across several residential locations experiencing ongoing issues with anti-social behaviour, illegal dumping, nuisance activity, and unauthorised gatherings.
CCTV towers were deployed at strategic locations to provide a visible security presence, support community safety, and help deter repeated incidents of anti-social behaviour. The towers were positioned to monitor key access points, open spaces, communal areas, laneways, and other vulnerable locations identified by the client.
Each CCTV tower was equipped with high-definition cameras, motion detection, warning signage, and remote monitoring capability. Live monitoring enabled incidents to be reviewed and escalated where necessary, helping the client respond quickly to developing situations.
The system also supported cooperation with An Garda Síochána by providing recorded footage and incident information where required. This helped assist investigations, improve evidence gathering, and support a more coordinated response to persistent local issues.
The project provided the housing body and council with a practical, cost-effective, and scalable solution to improve safety, protect public assets, reduce nuisance activity, and reassure residents across multiple locations.
